Team System and CMMI: Good Things Are in Store for Software Engineering

Last friday I attended a workshop that David Anderson pr esented at dealing with Microsoft's role in CMMI and how CMMI could really take advantage of the agile work that has been done in software practices. It was delivered for an audience of CMMI appraisers, of which I am clearly not a member, however it did get me quite excited to dig into process and process improvement as I begin plans to pilot and plan a rollout, enterprise wide, of Team System at work.
