Do I Have a Life?

Wait, don't answer that!

Someone mentioned to me today at work that they couldn’t believe how much I posted here, on my blog. She didn’t know when I could possibly find the time to write all that I did. She even asked me, “Do you have a life away from your computer?”

I thought that was hilarious as I don’t feel that I post that often. Just check out guys like Scott Hanselman, Rob Caron, and Robert Scoble. Now those guys churn out some content. I am just a small timer who enjoys to write and share things that I learn.

Also, I spend maybe a total of 30 minutes a day, sometimes less, authoring posts for the blog. They are poorly edited (I rarely, if ever, reread anything I write, as I view it more of a conversation).

Furthermore, and most importantly, I do have a life away from my computer. I am passionate about technology and do keep busy with engaging side projects, but I what I am most passionate about is not my computers and not technology, but my family.

I have been blessed with a fantastic wife and two rays of sunshine who bring more joy into my life than I could have ever imagined.

Do I have a life? Please. I have the greatest life a man could ask for. My cup continues to run over.
